Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return.
Item Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Candles must be unburned
- Essential oil bottles must be unopened and sealed
- Diffusers must include all components
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used, opened, or damaged items
- Opened essential oil bottles
- Burned candles
How to Start a Return
- Email info@shoparomiel.com with your order number
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack items in original packaging
- Drop off at USPS or FedEx
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. May take 5-10 business days to appear.
Exchange Policy
Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Return Shipping Responsibility
We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items. For personal preference returns, a $5.99 fee is deducted.
Damaged or Defective Items
