Return/Refund Policy

Return/Refund Policy: 

  • Customers have up to 3 days after receiving the item(s) to ask/apply for a refund.
  • Customers have up to 4 days after refund requests have been approved to return the items(s) to Aromiel (this means the return item should start tracking within this 4 day period). 
  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), they will be fully examined and customers will be notified via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether they are entitled to a return.  If you are entitled to a return, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
  • If 7 days or more have passed since the purchase, a refund cannot be offered.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Worn clothing may not be returned. No exceptions.
